This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own growth journey.

Attending in-person Kundalini Activation sessions can be an opportunity to meet and connect with a community of caring people who are on their own path of self-discovery and conscious living.

Each group session, we’ll work on connecting to the physical, emotional and subtle energy body. At the end of each group everyone is always welcome to share what came up for them. It is powerful to learn that others are having similar or different experiences and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the movement of their lives.

These events serve as a container where personal evolution is nurtured with intention, compassion, and authenticity. I believe growth isn’t rushed — it’s cultivated, like a garden — with the right balance of self-awareness, support, and aligned action.

I honor the sometimes disorderly, beautiful process of becoming. Through shared experiences, soulful conversations, and mindful practices, we create a safe, intimate and inspiring environment where you can expand into your fullest expression — at your own pace.

Group Agenda: 

 A session lasts an hour and a half.

 

    1. Movement (15 mins)

    We begin by explaining the process and answering questions in order to create a safe space. Next, the group will be guided to engage in a brief intuitive movement practice.


    1. The inner space (60 minutes)

    Lying on a mat with your eyes closed, you are invited to go within while music is played and you are accompanied through different phases of introspection. This process allows you to enter a state of expanded consciousness where the body can release its tensions and express what needs to emerge.
    I will accompany the group's process by being an energy connecting vehicle, holding space for you and the group as a whole to access your own natural ability to rediscover your own intelligence, to better understand yourself, free yourself from what holds you back, and regain a different state of clarity and presence.
    During the integration and regulation process, some common responses may include: Spontaneous movements, tingling, twitches, emotional release, different sights or sensations.


    1. Integration (15 m)

    We will gradually return to a sitting position and there will be a space open to ask questions or share any thoughts or feelings if you wish.
