Each group session, we’ll work on connecting to the physical, emotional and subtle energy body. Everyone is always welcome to share what came up for them. It is powerful to learn that others are having similar or different experiences and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the movement of their lives.

Group Agenda: 

 A session lasts an hour and a half.

 

    1. Movement (15 mins)

    We begin by explaining the process and answering questions in order to create a safe space. Next, the group will be guided to engage in a brief intuitive movement practice.


    1. The inner space (60 minutes)

    Lying on a mat with your eyes closed, you are invited to go within while music is played and you are accompanied through different phases of introspection. This process allows you to enter a state of expanded consciousness where the body can release its tensions and express what needs to emerge.
    I will accompany the group's process by being an energy connecting vehicle, holding space for you and the group as a whole to access your own natural ability to rediscover your own intelligence, to better understand yourself, free yourself from what holds you back, and regain a different state of clarity and presence.
    During the integration and regulation process, some common responses may include: Spontaneous movements, tingling, twitches, emotional release, different sights or sensations.


    1. Integration (15 m)

    We will gradually return to a sitting position and there will be a space open to ask questions or share any thoughts or feelings if you wish.
